Our Territory Development Manager, Spencer Cooper, is traveling across the US (and then some) working side by side with new licensees to help kick start the growth of their business by assisting with their first merchant sales.
We caught up with Spencer and our Territory Development Trainer Andrew as they toured Canada.
They started in Saint John NB Canada, working alongside licensees Michael and Pat O’Brien, who own NBRewards.com, to successfully install digital customer loyalty systems in 6 locations. A great start for Michael and Pat as they continue to help local businesses grow through customer loyalty.
They moved from Saint John NB Canada to Toronto, where they worked with Sagar and Andrew, owners of NorthernVip.com. They had another successful series of visits to local merchants, signing 6 new locations to carry their own customer loyalty systems. Not only does that mean more great connections and business for our licensees, but also an increased number of both new and return LOYAL customers for local businesses.
They were even visited by SpendSmart’s CEO Alex Minicucci (pictured above) it’s safe to say that their time in Canada was both successful and rewarding for all parties involved.
