John Eyler

Director

Mr. Eyler served as chairman and CEO of Toys “R” Us Inc. from 2000 to 2005, during which time he restructured the balance sheet, upgraded talent, reduced expenses, rebuilt systems, renovated worn-out stores, and developed a state-of-the-art supply chain. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Eyler was chairman and CEO of FAO Schwarz, Inc., and led the company to its most profitable year in its 133-year history in 1995 with strong results continuing through the end of his tenure. His lifelong career in retail included becoming chairman and CEO of May D & F at the age of 32.

Mr. Eyler received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Joe Proto

Director

Joe Proto became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transactis Inc. in 2007 as part of his three decades in the billing and payments industry as a senior executive and successful entrepreneur. Prior to Transactis, he launched REMITCO, a remittance processing company which was acquired in 2000 by First Data, as well as Financial Telesis (CashFlex) which was acquired in 1992 by CoreStates, now part of Wells Fargo. Joe also co-founded Windham Ventures (an innovation leader in life sciences and digital health technology), and is an LP with Metamorphic Ventures (focused on digital media and digital commerce) and ff Venture Capital (focused on web-based services). Joe is a member of various financial services associations (including the Association for Financial Professionals, National Automated Clearinghouse Association, Electronic Funds Transfer Association) and has been a frequent speaker at conferences in the payments industry.

Isaac Blech

Director

Mr. Blech, is a renowned biotechnology entrepreneur and investor, who, over the past 35 years, has founded and served on the board of companies which have produced major advances in a broad array of diseases, including the diagnosis of chlamydia, herpes, syphilis and HIV, and the treatment of cystic fibrosis, sexual dysfunction, multiple myeloma and many forms of cancer and hematological disease.

The companies he established include Celgene Corporation, the world’s leading company in cancer and hematology and has a current market value in excess of $80 billion, ICOS Corporation which developed the drug Cialis and was purchased by Eli Lilly, Nova Pharmaceutical Corporation which developed a new treatment for brain cancer, Gliadel, and was purchased by Johnson and Johnson, Pathogenesis Corporation which developed the leading drug for cystic fibrosis, added 30 years of life to children with that debilitating disease, and was purchased by Chiron, and Genetics Systems Corporation which developed the first rapid accurate diagnostic for chlamydia which enabled millions of babies to be born around the world who could not have been born without wide spread chlamydia testing which Genetics Systems introduced. The company also developed the first accurate test to safe guard the world’s blood supply from the AIDS virus and was purchased by Bristol Myers.

Mr. Blech’s current roles include Founder and Director of Cerecor, Inc., a CNS company, Director of ContraFect Corporation, an infectious disease company, Director of Medgenics, Inc., a biotechnology company, Vice Chairman of Edge Therapeutics, Inc., a company that treats life-threatening neurological conditions and Vice Chairman of InspireMD, a stent company. He is Vice Chairman of Centrexion Corporation, a company which is developing new modalities of pain control, Vice Chairman of Regenovation, Inc., a company developing new ways to regenerate human tissue, Vice Chairman of X4 Pharmaceuticals, a cancer immunology company, Vice Chairman of Sapience Therapeutics, an oncology company and Vice Chairman of Aridis Pharmaceuticals, a company with a product to treat pneumonia. He also serves as Vice Chairman of WaveGuide Corporation, a company developing the world’s smallest NMR machine. He is a also Vice Chairman of SpendSmart Networks, Inc., an electronic rewards company and Vice Chairman of root9B Technologies, a cyber security company.

Patrick Kolenik

Director

Mr. Patrick M. Kolenik was appointed to our Board of Directors on August 30, 2011. Mr. Kolenik has over forty years of securities industry experience. Mr. Kolenik was the Chief Executive Officer of Sherwood Securities Corp. where he was involved with more than 200 successful public and private financings.

Since 2003, Mr. Kolenik has been a consultant to both public and private companies through his company PK Advisors. Mr. Kolenik currently serves on the Board of Directors of root9b Techonologies (formerly known as Premier Alliance Group, Inc.), a public company that provides business and technology consulting services. Mr. Kolenik has advised our Company since May 2009 in the area of investment banking and capital markets.

Christopher Leong

Director

Dr. Ka Cheong Christopher Leong was appointed to our board on October 29, 2012. Dr. Leong, based in Singapore and Hong Kong, is a co-founder and the President of Transpac Capital, a venture capital firm based in Singapore. Transpac was formed in 1989 through the amalgamation of Techno-Ventures Hong Kong, which Dr. Leong co-founded in 1986, and Transtech Capital Management of Singapore, both pioneers of venture capital in their respective countries.

Prior to his venture capital career, Dr. Leong was the CEO of Amoy Canning Corporation Limited, a food and packaging conglomerate listed on the stock exchange of Hong Kong. Prior to Amoy he founded Convenience Foods Limited in Hong Kong, which he sold to RJR Nabisco. Prior to his industrial career, Dr. Leong was a Senior Scientist at American Science and Engineering in Cambridge, MA. Dr. Leong has been a chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association, and is one of the founding inductees to the Singapore Venture Capital Hall of Fame in 2010 for his pioneering work in venture capital. Dr. Leong obtained a BS and a PhD degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA.

Frank Liddy

Director

Mr. Liddy is currently head of strategic partnerships at Paydiant, recently acquired by PayPal, where he empowers banks, retailers and strategic partners to achieve their growth objectives by creating great consumer experiences on Paydiant's open platform for mobile commerce.

Mr. Liddy has more than twenty years of experience as an operator, advisor and investor in the fintech community. Mr. Liddy joined Paydiant from the consultancy firm Capco (now part of FIS Global) and previously held key leadership positions at Citigroup, KPMG Consulting and Unisys.

Mr. Liddy is an active speaker at fintech industry conferences, a contributor to the Federal Reserve Bank's Mobile Payment Industry Workgroup and has been quoted in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, American Banker, PaymentsSource and Bank Systems and Technology.
