Q: Do I need to be technical or highly computer savvy to run this business?

A: Absolutely not, the system is very easy to use. If you can type a Word doc, you can use our system.

Q: I’m concerned about time management, do you coach that too?

A: This is one of our favorite topics to discuss. We will work with you one-on-one to develop goals and a time management plan. We also do continued coaching to keep you on track and stay focused on the efforts that lead to successful growth.

Q: Do I need to have experience in sales to be successful?

A: It is not a requirement, but sales is a large part of this business. You either need to be a quick learner, or be able to hire/align yourself with someone that can. We have suggestions for how to hire sales reps, and how to build reseller relationships.

Q: Do I get an exclusive territory?

A: Yes, absolutely. We are helping you build a business with real value, and feel having protection on your territory is a key component.

Q: How quickly can I get started?

A: Immediately! On the day you sign we give you access to materials and a demo so you can start talking to people about your new business. It typically takes 6-8 weeks to get your site and service live, which is when you can start accepting credit cards and providing full service.

Q: What guarantees do I have that I will be successful?

A: We wish we could offer guarantees, but we can’t - there are NO guarantees in business. However, you can give yourself the best chance for success by leveraging a strong business model, great resources including access to a great team, and having a product that is part of an emerging industry that has proven ROI. Considering the low overhead and low cost to get started, this is a pretty good formula for success.

Q: I see similar products, is there too much competition?

A: NO, competition is great! This is a very new industry, with a wide open market. We need more competition to help create demand from merchants and help us distinguish why our product is superior for their needs. The more options out there, the more we stand out from the crowd.

Q: Have you had clients fail?

A: Yes we have. Sadly, many of them were for personal reasons (sickness/death in the family, divorce), but we’ve had a few that just couldn’t make it work. This has helped us to improve our service, as well as better understand the characteristics of those clients that have the best chance of success. We will work with you to see if this business is the right fit for you.
